High-speed precise laser floating machine is a kind of dedicated equipment that
heats the surface of solder paste instantly with semiconductor super laser to weld
components and parts.
The welding of this equipment is non-contact welding with small heating scope,
which therefore, in traditional soldering process, is mainly used to weld components
